Ofsted Report

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills.  Please view our latest Ofsted report below.

Ofsted carried out a Section 5 graded inspection of Trinity School on 4th and 5th December 2023 where we were graded ‘Good’ in all categories.

At the heart of our school is our vision and motto of ‘Who is my neighbour?’ We were particularly proud of these key extracts from the report, which we felt reflected the areas which really matter to us:

This is a happy, inclusive and nurturing school where pupils behave well. Everyone feels safe and highly valued.

Pastoral care is a strength. From the nurture breakfast to therapeutic sessions at lunchtime, help is always there when pupils need it.

The school’s approach to reading is inspirational for pupils. Across all ages there is passion for books.

Learning behaviour starts superbly in early years, where children show sustained concentration and high engagement. Across the school, pupils talk about their learning with enthusiasm and pride, reflecting the strong nurture and well considered support.

Ofsted Parent View gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think of Trinity CE Primary School. You can find Parent View here.

From September 2024 onwards, Ofsted will no longer give a single overall grade (one or two word rating). Instead from September 2025, after a consultation, a new report card will come into effect.
